Amber is the daughter of Doc Terror. She's a professional "sting" artist who has a contentious relationship with her father; she feels some of his goals are overly destructive, but she always helps him escape when the authorities are closing in. She's also a master of disguise who has used her skills to deceive The Centurions and their allies.
